WHAT IS INTERCULTURAL TRAINING?

 

To run a successful organization in this global economy often means working with countries and cultures throughout the world.  In many cases employees and managers are not trained to work effectively in the cross cultural arena.  This often leads not only to miscommunication, but means potentially missed opportunities and strained working relationships.  Our seminar "Intercultural Training" is designed to help you and your key employees develop and expand the competence necessary to lead your company to success.

 

Target Groups:

  • Strategically develop key managers that work with different cultures.
  • Assist employees, specialists, and project leaders in areas such as Sales, Purchasing, IT, Finance and Personnel to work more effectively with other cultures.

  • Verbal and non-verbal communication in the context of intercultural relations

  • Selected profiles of other countries - for example China, USA, Japan, or other european countries
